Greg is the managing Director of Gordon Gould Ipson Architects Cairns Office. Greg began his professional career in Brisbane in 1989 whilst undertaking his architecture studies. After graduating, Greg returned to Cairns in 1993, where he worked at 2 local practices over the
next 9 years.
Since commencing Gordon Gould Ipson Architects Cairns Office in 2002, Greg has undertaken a wide variety of projects, both public and private, including schools, healthcare facilities, residential houses, units, commercial offices, police station, airport facilities, science research laboratories, detention centres and wildlife habitat to mention
With a large portion of his professional experience gained through government infrastructure type projects, Greg has developed the habit and skill of not only completing projects within the Client’s cost and time constraints, but also value adding to projects within those constraints.
This ability can be largely attributed to Greg’s “hands on” skills through all stages of the commission, from concept design to contract administration.
